You will never be in the dark while the construction of your build is underway with JR Construct because there will always be a direct path of communication between our clients , James and our Site Foreman. We also hold weekly Site meetings with our clients and our Site foreman will be available to answer any questions you may have. By doing this, you can stay informed about the team's progress and be assured that everything is going according to plan. We operate a 24 hour communication policy, meaning you'll be able to get a response to any question within 24 hours . Guaranteed.

BUILT TO YOUR BUDGET

Have you heard stories of Budget over runs? Blowouts? Nasty surprises come handover? With a Certified Builders Association contract, you will know exactly what your investment will be. You are more than welcome to make changes during your build after all this is your build. These changes will be noted as variations to the contract. Variations will always be approved by you and invoiced along the way.

ON TIME

With our experience and expertise in new home builds we’re able to provide an accurate and direct timeline of when your new home will be ready for you to move. We issue our clients ,our building team and subcontractors with a Project management schedule to ensure your build runs smoothly keeping everything on time and to your Budget . This ensures you can prepare accordingly for the big move.

INFORMATION PACK

At the end of your Build you will receive a completion pack, containing information about the products and subcontractors involved with your Build along with all Guarantees, Producer statements and Council Documentation for your Build. So going forward you will have all the information you need all in one place and there will be no need to chase anything should you need it in the future.
