James Riordan (Owner)Previously, he worked as a Site Manager for a large NZ construction company for almost ten years, honing his experience and skills before launching his own company to continue construction throughout the region with like-minded people. James, like most others, enjoys being outside, and you can also catch him at home on weekends working on projects around the house.
JamieJamie is our most experienced carpenter, having worked in the construction sector for over 35 years. He has worked on many of the buildings you will find throughout the region. Jamie has completed all aspects of construction to a high standard. Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and cycling. Over the years, Jamie has biked over 2 million kilometers, which is quite the achievement.
ClaytonClayton, often known as Raisin to many, is our Foreman in charge of overseeing and managing projects. Clayton is also one of our shareholders who is invested in JR's success in delivering high quality services. When he is not on-site, he is either hunting in the hills or fishing and diving on or under the sea.
LouieLouis our carpenter that recently joined us from Dunedin where he worked as a lead hand 2IC for a large NZ Construction company. Louie has over 15 years expertise in the industry who enjoys out of the box projects that require a solutions driven approach of thinking. When not at work you will find him doing various jobs around the family farm.
BrynleyBrynley Our eager apprentice has joined us to pursue a career in construction and has already made great strides. Brynley appreciates JR's diverse range of projects as no two days are the same. Brynley may be found riding his mountain bike or out on the coast with his family quad biking and kontiki fishing.
